Ministry of Health and Wellness: 54 new recoveries from COVID-19

By BBN Staff: A total of 54 patients have newly recovered from COVID-19 infection, according to the latest report issued by the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW).

New recoveries from the virus were split between 34 females and 20 males, bringing the national total for recoveries up to 13,831, and adjusting the national recovery rate to 93.9

There were 13 patients still hospitalized due to COVID-19 and five patients are receiving critical care in an intensive care unit (ICU).

The MOHW notes that there are 545 active cases of COVID-19 and another 372 suspected cases under investigation.
