Police find three illegal firearms stashed away in Orange Walk cemetery

BBN Staff: The Police Mobile interdiction Team (MIT) found three illegal firearms in the Piemote Cemetery in Orange Walk.

Reports from Orange Walk say the MIT assigned to the San Cruz Patrol acting on intelligence gathered conducted the search at the Piemote Cenetery in the Louisiana Area around 10 pm on Monday. They discovered three firearms wrapped up in a black shirt in a small unpainted tomb.

One of the firearms found was a silver and black Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol with serial number VAS4178 along with one silver and black magazine containing one live round of ammunition WCC brand.

The second firearm was a black Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol with serial number HKH7915 along with one silver and black magazine containing one live round of ammunition S&B brand.

The third firearm was a black 9mm pistol brand unknown with serial number B 97090.
