This decision is necessary said the PM as a number of big stores allow vehicles to park next to the store, purchase beer by the case and consume liquor on the spot.
According to the PM, this will not affect restaurants as patrons there will be allowed to buy alcoholic beverages after 6:00 p.m. to consume along with their food.
When asked by Troy Gabb, one of the host for the Morning Show, how this decision will be implemented, Briceño responded that the Statutory Instrument (SI) may need to be amended.
No date was given by PM Briceño on when this decision will be implemented.
Briceño was the guest on the Love FM Morning Show this morning where he addressed a number of issues of national importance.
