Robbers hit Annie’s Laundromat in Santa Elena

By Aaron Humes: Businesswoman Ann Bateman of Santa Elena Town, Cayo District, is the latest victim of armed robbers who hit her Laundromat on the George Price Highway Wednesday afternoon.

Bateman reported to Police that two armed, masked men arrived in a silver Toyota 4Runner after two and held her up, taking two cell phones and 200 dollars cash in a black strap bag before escaping.

Police investigations continue.
