By Aaron Humes: One person is being sought for questioning by police in connection with a reported burglary.
Teacher Kernelle Parks of Hibiscus Street, Belize City, reports that the house he owns on Black Orchid Street was apparently broken into between Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. and Wednesday morning at six a.m.
Among the items stolen were power tools, a fan, and other household goods valued at $2,005.
The burglars apparently gained entry by prying open a glass window located on the eastern part of the building; the door on the southern part of the building was left open.
Police are investigating.
