Body found identified as missing man David Castillo

By BBN Staff: Police have identified the body found on the George Price Highway this morning as David Castillo who was previously reported missing.

Castillo’s body was found lying face-up about 50 feet off the road near Mile 3.5. in an advanced state of decomposition. He was identified by his brother in law Dorian Chuc.

Officers note that the Castillo had an apparent gunshot wound to the body. Castillo’s mother, Joan Ramsey, had reported him missing on August 12.

Police investigations in the matter are ongoing.
