Belize Weather: Another day of dodging showers

By Aaron Humes: The National Meteorological Service says skies will be in cloudy spells at times with showers and isolated thunderstorms over most areas and particularly over the south tonight.

High temperatures are 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees inland, and 78 in the hills. Tonight it will be 81 degrees along the coast, 74 degrees inland, and 68 in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots and the sea state is moderate.

A high tide comes up at 11:08 this morning and again at 11:39 tonight and a low tide is at 5:43 this evening.

Sunset is at 6:12 and sunrise on Wednesday is at 5:38.

Expect a decrease in shower activity on Wednesday with only isolated showers and thunderstorms developing.
