BWS 20th Annual General Meeting happening today

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize Water Services Limited (BWS) is today holding its 20th Annual General Meeting at 12:30 pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the BWS AGM is being conducted virtually.

This year BWS is paying its shareholders “dividends of 7.5 cents ($0.075) per share (equivalent to 5%) for the year ending March 31, 2021.”

BWS said these dividends are being paid through bank deposits directly to each shareholder’s bank or credit union account. Those shareholders who have not yet received payment need to provide BWS with their banking information for the payments to be processed.
