Security guard shot in Belize City

By Aaron Humes: This morning a shotgun blast left a security guard who was not on duty injured.

37 year old Rondale Lemmoth was sitting down by a post under an unfinished wooden house on Lewis Street, Belize City, along with other persons when a dark complexion male person came from the direction of Giles Street through some bushes and fired 1 single gunshot towards Lemmoth, injuring him to the elbow.

The suspect then ran towards Complex Avenue making good his escape. Police are investigating.
