BEL plans power interruption in Belmopan on Sunday to do upgrades, maintenance

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: BEL said it plans a power cut in Belmopan on Sunday to conduct underground line upgrades, replace damaged devices on the distribution system, and remove hazardous vegetation growing into power lines.

The power supply will be interrupted from 8 am to 2 pm.

The affected areas are:

The portion of Belmopan including Power Lane, Constitution Drive from North Ring Road to Bliss Parade, entire Market Square including Terminal Crescent, Bliss Parade Avenue between Constitution Drive and BTL, David Gibson Loop Street, and Melhado Parade.
