Belize Weather: Mainly fair weather returns

Fair weather prevails for the next few days according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies will be sunny today with a few cloudy spells and isolated showers. Tonight it will be partly cloudy with isolated thunderstorms starting first inland this afternoon then over the South tonight.

High temperatures are 90 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 94 degrees inland and 84 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 81 degrees along the coast, 72 degrees inland and 67 degrees in the hills.

Winds are from the east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots and sea state is choppy.

Tides are low at 10:43 this morning and 9:23 this evening and high at 4:36 this afternoon. The sun sets at 6:07 this evening and rises at 5:38 Tuesday morning.

It will be more of the same on Tuesday.
