Belize Weather: Another fair and fine day but rain on the way

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service says that currently, generally fair weather prevails.

Skies today will be sunny with cloudy spells, partly cloudy tonight and only isolated showers or thunderstorms expected.

High temperatures are 91 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 96 degrees inland and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight it will be 82 degrees along the coast, 75 inland and 68 in the hills.

Winds are from the east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots and sea conditions are moderate to rough; a small craft caution remains in effect.

Tides will be low at 1:02 this afternoon and 11:38 tonight, and high at 7:23 this evening. Sunset is at 6:06 this evening and sunrise Thursday morning is at 5:38.

The extended forecast sees an increase in showery activity countrywide on Thursday night.
