BREAKING: 9 year old Jamir McKoy dies from shooting injuries sustained in Unitedville

By Aaron Humes: Breaking Belize News has confirmed that nine-year-old Jamir McKoy, shot on Monday night in Unitedville, Cayo District, has died.

McKoy died this morning in hospital where he had been in treatment since he and 18 year old Lloyd Myvette were shot in front of Myvette’s residence. Myvette succumbed to his injuries moments after the attack.

One person was detained as part of Police investigations which continue. We’ll keep following the story.
