By BBN Staff: Today, the Government of Belize announced another price adjustment to the price per gallon of gasoline, which includes one increase and one decrease.
The Ministry of Finance explained that Premium gasoline will increase by 12 cents, from $11.64 to $11.76 per gallon, and Regular gasoline will decrease by 32 cents, from $11.44 to $11.12 per gallon.
Meanwhile, the prices for kerosene and diesel will remain unchanged at $7.60 and $10.62 per gallon, respectively.
The Ministry said that the price changes reflect the current demand and supply conditions of crude oil in the international petroleum market and fluctuations in the acquisition price of refined fuel products in the countries from which Belize obtains its supplies.
This latest price adjustment is the 22nd for the year and the first for the month of September.
