By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Pfizer vaccination for persons 12-17 continues Julian Cho High School and Corazon High School in the Toledo District.

The MOHW said Pfizer vaccination is on at Julian Cho on Thursday from 8:30 am to 3 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm.

Vaccination at Corazon High will be on Friday from 8 am to 3 pm as well.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness said it encourages all parents and legal guardians to have their children vaccinated. A signed consent from parents or guardians is required for the children to be administered the vaccine. The children are required to present a valid ID, preferably a Social Security Board card.

The Ministry also said also said that the children should have breakfast or lunch and they should also be well hydrated before getting the vaccine.

The Ministry says the Pfizer vaccine is given in two doses, 21 days apart.

Additionally, the Ministry of Health also said the vaccine is for all children 12-17, so those who are not in school are also welcome to take the vaccine. They should call or ‘Whatsapp’ 613-0787.
