Planned interruption of water service for Belmopan tomorrow

Benjamin Flowers: Residents in Belmopan can expect an interruption of water services tomorrow, Thursday, September 2, according to a customer notice issued by Belize Water Services Limited (BWS).

BWS said that the interruption of service is scheduled to run from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will affect a portion of Mountain View Area & Reservoir Area, and all that area bounded by South Ring Road to the North, Almond Boulevard to the South, Museum Road to the East, and Constitution Drive to the West.

BWS said that the interruption is necessary to facilitate the installation of a new water main.
