One of three robbers pleads guilty for Wendy’s Store holdup; Sentenced to 3 years imprisonment

By Aaron Humes: One of three accused in the robbery of Wendy’s Store, Otro Benque Road, Orange Walk Town, has pleaded guilty in court.

Gilbert Conorqui pleaded guilty in Magistrates Court on Thursday and was sentenced to 3 years’ imprisonment.

On Friday, July 23, three robbers entered the store, pulled out guns, assaulted the shopkeeper, and helped themselves to the cash register.
