Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital to name new CEO in coming weeks

By Aaron Humes: Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital Authority (KHMHA) Chairman Dr. Andre Sosa said it had to pull back its announcement of a new chief executive officer for various reasons.

Dr. Sosa told Channel 5 News that a combination of social media backlash, internal revolt and new undescribed information caused Dr. Michael Tewes from taking the post.

But the process continues and a new chief is to be named in the next week or week and a half, ideally in time for the hospital’s 26th anniversary of opening in 1995.
