Man pleads guilty to possession of crack pipe

By BBN Staff: A Sandhill man was fined on Monday after he pleaded guilty to possession of a pipe used for smoking drugs.

Clinton Ebanks, 52, appeared before Senior Magistrate, Aretha Ford in Court, where he explained to the court that he was going through a frustrating time in his life, which lead to him coming in possession of the pipe for the purpose of using drugs.

Senior Magistrate Ford imposed a fine of $300 plus a $5.00 cost of court fine upon Ebanks and ordered him to pay the fine by October 30, 2021, or in default, 2 months imprisonment.
