Belize Weather: Fair weather continues but some showers in store

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service calls for sunny skies with some cloudy spells today and partly cloudy to cloudy skies at times tonight. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will linger over the south this morning and redevelop tonight but be isolated elsewhere.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 93 inland, and 82 in the hills. Tonight it will be 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 73 inland, and 67 in the hills.

Winds are from the east to southeast at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is light chop.

Tides will be high at 10:03 this morning and 10:37 this evening and high at 4:43 this afternoon. Sunset is at 6:01 this evening and sunrise at 5:39 Wednesday morning.

Fair conditions continue on Wednesday with isolated showers or thunderstorms except for the south at night.
