Police make first arrest in Red Bank robbery

By Aaron Humes: Police have arrested and charged Jamal Hyde, a 19-year-old of Belize City for the crime of robbery allegedly committed in Red Bank, Stann Creek District on Monday.

As many as six men held up Wanjuan Yam at her village store on Monday, September 6, 2021, in Red Bank Village. They stole money, liquor, and the DVR system surveilling the store and later evaded Police on the Southern Highway.

Police continue to look for the other suspects as part of their investigations.
