Minister of Public Utilities visits with top U.S. diplomat in Belize

By Aaron Humes: New U.S. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires to Belize, Mrs. Leyla Moses-Ones continues to get to know her adopted country.

Today, she visited with Rodwell Ferguson, Minister of Public Utilities, Energy and Logistics, a portfolio that covers utilities and transportation services.

The Minister presented an overview of his Ministerial Portfolio, and discussions were also held on future collaboration between the U.S Embassy and the Ministry.

Also present was Marconi Leal Jr., Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry.

The Minister thanked the Chargé d’Affaires for her visit and interest in working with the Government of Belize.
