Commissioner of Police Chester Williams gets second dose of COVID vaccine, encourages all Belizeans to get fully vaccinated

By BBN Staff: Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams, today got his second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and posted to Facebook that he was proud to be fully vaccinated.

“Today I took my second shot of Covid19 vaccine. I can proudly say that I’m fully vaccinated,” Williams said in his post.

“I therefore call on all Belizeans to get vaccinated in order to protect yourselves and your love ones from this deadly virus. If you are not sure, consult a health practitioner or do your own research,” he added.

His call for Belizeans to get fully vaccinated comes amid a surge in cases and deaths from the virus in Belize.
