Teenager killed in motorcycle accident in Orange Walk

By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating a fatal accident in August Pine Ridge, Orange Walk District, on Sunday evening.

Seventeen-year-old construction worker Luis Martinez was riding on a motorcycle and ran into the vehicle of 63-year-old Eustaquio Sanchez, who was traveling west and taking a left turn off the main road.

Martinez suffered bodily injury and was pronounced dead at the Northern Regional Hospital in Orange Walk Town.

A postmortem examination is scheduled.
