Over 280 new cases of COVID-19 reported in two days

By Benjamin Flowers: The Ministry of Health and Wellness is reporting over 280 newly-confirmed cases of COVID-19.

The Ministry’s latest report, which covers the period September 21-22, shows a total of 283 newly confirmed cases, detected from a total of 2,829 tests.

New cases were split between 150 females and 133 males.

The country’s national total for infections has reached 19,185, while the daily positivity rate stood at 8.0.

There were two new deaths associated with the virus.
