Woman dies after falling from moving vehicle in Corozal District

By BBN Staff: Police are investigating whether or not 33-year-old Constancia Griceldi Cano jumped out or was pushed out of a running vehicle last night on the Philip Goldson Highway in the Corozal District.

Reports say Cano was traveling in a Dodge pickup along with her partner when the incident happened between miles 73 and 74 on the Philip Goldson Highway.

The incident reportedly occurred after 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Cano’s partner allegedly made the report to the police after 9 p.m. last night.

He has since been detained for questioning as investigations continue.
