BEL announces power outages in Orange Walk today, Friday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize Electricity Limited (BEL) said power outages are necessary today in Orange Walk to remove power lines to facilitate emergency heavy machinery operations by another utility in the area.

Power will be cut from 2:30pm to 5:30pm in the following areas: Otro Benque Road from Cinderella Street to San Francisco Street, San Estevan Road, Petville, and San Estevan.

Additionally, there will be two 15-minute power outages are from 2:30pm to 2:45pm and 5:15pm to 5:30pm will also affect most of Orange Walk Town.
