Belize Weather: Fair weather prevails but threat of rain

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service calls for sunny skies with cloudy spells today with a few showers and thunderstorms mainly over the north this morning and inland this afternoon. Tonight it will be partly cloudy with showers or thunderstorms over the south.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 93 degrees inland, and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight it will be 80 degrees along the coast, 74 inland, and 68 in the hills.

Winds are light and variable and sea conditions are slight.

High tide is at 12:06 this afternoon and again at a quarter to midnight and low tide at 6:03 this evening. The sun sets at 5:47 this evening and rises at 5:41 Saturday morning.

Weather will be generally fair on Saturday with isolated showers and thunderstorms except for more over the south on Saturday night.
