BEL says power supply to Placencia area to be restored by 11:30 a.m.

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize Electricity Limited (BEL) said electricity to Placencia area to be restored by 11:30 on Tuesday morning.

BEL said the company is installing a voltage regulator tank to normalize the quality of the power supply in the area. Power was cut at 7:30 a.m. and will be restored by 11:30 a.m.

The affected areas are the entire Placencia Village and portion Placencia Road from The Village Inn to Turtle Inn.
