Man charged with trespassing granted bail

By BBN Staff: A villager of Rock Stone Pond is out on bail this week after being charged with trespassing on private property.

Adam Menjivar, 21, was arraigned in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court, where he pleaded not guilty to the charge and was offered bail in the sum of $500 plus one surety of the same.

The allegation against him is that he entered the private property of Melanie Ferguson located at #1 Rock Stone Pond without permission.

He is due back in Court #6 on November 26, 2021.
