By Benjamin Flowers: More than 410 Belizeans have died from COVID-19 according to the latest data released from the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW).

The MOHW’s daily update for September 30, 2021, shows that there have been five new deaths, bringing the national total for deaths up to 414.

The new deaths were split between four females and one male, bringing total deaths by sex up to 155 females and 259 males.

The national fatality rate remains at 1.99.

The management and staff of Breaking Belize News offer their condolences to all those who have lost a loved one to the virus.
