By BBN Staff: Thieves stole $900 from Koyes Nasim Groceries store on Partridge Street in Belize City on Wednesday afternoon.
Reports say that shop owner Ifzal Hussain reported to the police that at about 1:30 pm four men approached the store and asked for a juice. Hussain said that when he made to get the juice, one of the men pointed a gun at him demanding, across the burglar-barred window, money. Hussain said he handed the $900 in cash and the thieves ran off with the funds.
Authorities are investigating.
