Department of the Environment temporarily closes offices due to COVID-19

By BBN Staff: The Department of the Environment has announced that it’s offices will be closed today, October 1, 2021, for cleaning and sanitization.

“This measure is in line with the recommendation from Ministry of Health and our COVID-19 Preparedness Plan. During this time, our services will continue to be provided online to ensure the safe continuation of our mandated services to the public,” the DOE said.

The department said that those still needing to contact the office can do so via its official Facebook page or get in touch with the relevant officer needed via the email addresses provided below.

The DOE went on to say that, for all other matters, those needing assistance can contact the Chief Environmental Officer at [email protected] and [email protected] and/or the Deputy Chief Environmental Officer at [email protected].
