Power outage planned for Stann Creek District this week

By BBN Staff: Belize Electricity Limited has announced a planned power outage to affect areas in the Stann Creek District this coming week.

The outage is scheduled for Tuesday, October 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will affect Riversdale, Sagitun Farm, and Green Gold Farm.

BEL said that the outage is necessary to energize newly built high voltage power lines in the area.
