Police stumped by unidentified man stabbed to death in Lords Bank

By Aaron Humes: A man lost his life on the night of Friday, October 1, in Lords Bank, Belize District, and police need your help to close the case.

The man was heard screaming for help around 7:30 p.m. and his body was found minutes later.

According to press officer Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Fitzroy Yearwood, “we will get a vivid description [of the body] and see how we can facilitate the public better.”

ASP Yearwood noted that the victim is apparently not from that area. We believe that he is [from] somewhere in Belize City. I will make some checks with some people that I know and see if he is related to them. Outside of that, I hope that the general public can help us.”
