Store in Belize City targeted by burglars, loses over $20K in goods

By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating a reported burglary of a store in Belize City.

The owner of the Store located at the corner of Mapp and Cleghorn Streets, told police that she had locked and secured her store on Wednesday night around six.

On Thursday morning around 6:30 a.m., she was called by her landlord who reported the burglary.

The goods stolen are valued at $22,780.
