Embassy of France announces English Language Assistants program

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Embassy of France announced the recruitment for the 2022-23 English language assistants program for Belizean university students who want to teach English while learning French.                                                                                                         

“This program allows young university students to help in the teaching of the English language at a school in France, while improving their French Skills and engaging in cultural exchanges with the students and teachers,” said the Embassy of France in Guatemala on Friday.

“We would love to receive applications from as many Belizean students as possible – which would hopefully lead to opening more positions for Belize over the next years,” said the French Embassy.

The Embassy said it will be accepting applications until October 31, 2021.
