COVID-19 vaccinations continue in Cayo this week

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: COVID-19 vaccination for persons 18 and over continues being conducted by the Ministry of Health and Wellness in San Ignacio-Santa Elena, Benque Viejo del Carmen, and other Cayo villages.

In San Ignacio-Santa Elena, vaccinations will be ongoing at the Victor Galvez Stadium daily on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.

On Wednesday, October 13, vaccinations will be administered at Drs Kevin & Kenneth Guerra Polyclinic II in Benque Viejo del Carmen from 8 am to 3 pm.

On Thursday, second dose vaccinations will be done at Cristo Rey.

On Friday, vaccinations will be administered at the Bullet Tree Clinic from 8 am to 3 pm. Second dose vaccinations will also be done at Santa Familia.

On Sunday, vaccinations will be given at Duck Run 2 and Duck Run 3.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness continues encouraging Belizeans to get vaccinated against COVID-19 at any of its vaccination sites countrywide.

Any person who already got the first dose and eight weeks have passed since then, may go in for their second dose.
