By Aaron Humes: All seven patients who died from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours are, unusually, male.

Two deaths each were reported in San Pedro Town, Cayo, and Toledo Districts.

More men (281) than women (168) have been killed by COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic though the numbers of confirmed cases are slightly more for men than women. Additionally, there are more active cases in women than men.

88 persons have died from COVID-19 since September 1. Exactly half, 44, were over 60. 19 of the dead were fully vaccinated, none younger than 40, according to data provided by the government.
