By Rubén Morales Iglesias: “The Elections and Boundaries Corozal Registration Office located at First Street North, Corozal Town is closed to the public for today 13th October 2021,” said a press release from the Elections and Boundaries Department.
“This closure has become necessary for sanitization of the office.”
The Press Office said the Elections and Boundaries Corozal office will resume services to the public on Thursday, October 14 at 8:00 a.m.
“Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we ensure that we continue to serve you in a safe environment during this COVID-19 pandemic,” said Election and Boundaries Corozal.
The Elections and Boundaries Department said it regrets any inconvenience the closure may have caused and at the same time encourages everyone “to abide by the COVID-19 regulations in order to prevent the spread of the virus”.
