BEL carries out power outage in Corozal, Orange Walk Districts today, Thursday, October 14

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: BEL says it’s carrying out a power outage in several villages in the Corozal and Orange Walk Districts today, Thursday, October 14.

BEL said the outage “is to conduct upgrades of power lines and energize newly built power lines in Yo Creek and remove hazardous vegetation growing in power lines in the area”.

The power interruption will be from 8 am to 3 pm.

The villages that will experience outages are Yo Creek, San Lazaro, Trinidad, August Pine Ridge, San Felipe, La Rosita, Blue Creek, Linda Vista, London, Tres Leguas, Cuatro Leguas, Edenthal, Santa Cruz, San Antonio, San Lorenzo, San Roman, San Luis, San Jose, San Pablo, San Juan, Douglas, Buena Vista, and Caledonia.
