By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The COVID-19 vaccination drive continues in the Belize District in Belize City, Ladyville, San Pedro, and Caye Caulker today, Thursday, October 14.

The Central Health Region in the Ministry of Health said its vaccination drive continues daily at Matron Roberts Polyclinic, the Swift Hall, Port Loyola Health Center, and the Central Health Region in Belize City, and the Caye Caulker Health Center from 8 am to 3 pm.

The Central Health Region is located behind the old Bliss Nursing Center in the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital compound (access between Social Security Board and the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital off Princess Margret Drive or next to Social Security on St Joseph St).

In San Pedro, vaccinations are being administered at the Lion’s Den on Thursday from 1:30 pm to 3 pm.

In Ladyville, vaccination against COVID-19 is ongoing today Thursday at the Ladyville Health Center from 8 am to 3 pm. Additionally, vaccines are being administered at the BDF Price Barracks from 9 am to 11 am.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness continues encouraging Belizeans 12 years and up to get vaccinated against COVID-19 at any of its vaccination sites countrywide. Plus, if you already got the first dose and it’s time, you may go in for the second dose.
