Belize averaging two deaths per day from COVID-19, four more reported today

COVID-19 confirmed cases decline slightly but four new deaths reported

By Aaron Humes: 228 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded by Ministry of Health and Wellness data today against 222 recoveries. A further 340 samples are under investigation.

However, four new deaths were reported countrywide.

Hospitalizations are down slightly to 48 with 12 in intensive care.

The number of total confirmed cases is approaching 24 thousand with more than 20 thousand recovered.
