Over 30,000 people vaccinated as countrywide efforts continue

By Benjamin Flowers: The Ministry of Health and Wellness reports that over 30,000 people were vaccinated on Monday as part of its national vaccination campaign.

The vaccination report for October 18th, 2021, shows a total of 30,996 people vaccinated.

There were 27,464 people between the ages of 12-17 years old vaccinated, as well as 3,532 people aged 18 years and older.

The latest number of vaccinated persons brings the national total for those vaccinated (received only one dose) up to 203,819 and brings the number of those fully vaccinated (received both vaccine shots) up to 165,042.

The data includes those who received the AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccines.
