By BBN Staff: Following an extended period of the Belize District reporting the highest daily reported cases of COVID-19, the Stann Creek district emerged today with the most cases, according to the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

Of the 321 new cases reported today, the Stann Creek district accounted for 86 of them, with Dangriga Town representing 32 of those and 16 coming from Hopkins.

The Belize district was next with 71 cases, and Cayo with 62. Corozal had 41 cases and Toledo was next in line with 28.

Orange Walk and San Pedro completed the day’s total with 18 and 15 cases respectively.
