Mahogany Heights man pleads guilty to harming stepfather and sister, also convicted of SOE violation

By BBN Staff: A Mahogany Heights resident who pleaded guilty to two counts of harm today was also convicted of committing a violation of the current COVID-19 prevention protocols.

Jason Jude Pasqual Jr. had initially plead not guilty but changed his plea to guilty when he appeared before Senior Magistrate, Aretha Ford this morning.

He plead guilty to harming his stepfather Arturo Castellanos was fine $500 plus a $5.00 cost of court which he must pay by February 28, 2022, in default, he will spend six months in prison. For pleading guilty to harming his sister Wadeesha Lucas, he was fined $400 plus $5.00 cost of court and was given until November 13, 2021, or spend four months in prison for defaulting.

For pleading guilty to being found in public without a face mask, he was fined $500 plus a $5.00 cost or court fine of which he has until January 28, 2022, to pay or face three months in jail for defaulting.
