By Aaron Humes: The National Meteorological Service forecasts skies to be cloudy in spells with a few showers and thunderstorms along the coast this morning, decreasing and becoming isolated this afternoon, then redeveloping along the coast and in the south tonight.
High temperatures peak at 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 inland, and 76 in the hills. Tonight it will be 79 degrees along the coast, 72 inland, and 66 in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is slight.
A flood watch and small craft caution remain in effect.
Tides will be high at 11:49 this morning and 11:03 tonight and low at 5:18 this evening.
The sun sets at 5:25 and rises at 5:47 Sunday morning.
More of the same is expected on Sunday.
