Off-duty policeman allegedly stabbed

By Aaron Humes: One person is in police custody after a reported stabbing of a police officer in Corozal on Friday.

Information suggests the victim was an off duty Police officer who is now hospitalized

The officer is reported to have gone out socializing after work when he met his assailant who stabbed him following an altercation.

There is no word on his condition at the moment as the police investigation continues.
