Cayo West tour guides invited to meeting with Minister of Tourism

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Cayo West tour guides are invited to a meeting with Minister of Tourism & Diaspora Relations, Anthony Mahler.

The meeting, says area representative Jorge ‘Milin’ Espat, will be held on Friday, October 29, at the San Jose Succotz Roman Catholic Primary School at 10:00 a.m.

“Come and share your concerns, ask your questions and provide suggestions on how to best assist you all,” said Espat on social media. “You are asked to be on time and to adhere to all health protocols.”

Espat is also advising his residents of the Belize Tourism Board scholarships for an upcoming National Tour Guide Course which will be held in the Cayo District. Cayo residents interested in applying to the tour guide course may find the application link here.
