Two more deaths reported but number of active COVID-19 cases fall

By Aaron Humes: The latest COVID-19 figures show a net decrease of active cases by 32, with 199 new cases reported today against 232 reported recoveries.

The number of active cases now stands at 2,629 with 173 samples under investigation.

Two more deaths were reported while the number of hospitalizations rose to 41 from 33 on Wednesday.

26,625 Belizeans have now been infected with 23,471 recovered.
